Counselling Explained
Counselling is the process where the counsellor and the client work together to establish what the issues are and work towards solutions. The counsellor helps the client understand what can affect his/her life and how best to deal with those questions. This isn't a ‘quick fix' but a route to better understanding and a better quality of life. (Counselling does not involve the use of medication but might be working concurrently with prescribed drug therapy.)
Counselling is strictly confidential and non-judgemental. All our counselling rooms are designed to provide a professional, yet comfortable and relaxing environment.
