Empowering us to support neurodivergent families with confidence and empathy

Providing mental health support to those who need it most

‘Atrium have recently provided The Red Hen Project in Cambridge with 5 days of training around understanding and supporting families where children and parents are neurodivergent or have neurodivergent traits. The training has provided the Family Work Team with essential knowledge and understanding and tools around ADHD and Autism and has equipped us with the confidence and skills needed to really support families to implement strategies which will be impactful for their lives.

The Atrium Clinicians’ breadth and depth of experience both personally and professionally have ensured that this training has been bespoke to our charities’ needs and of the highest quality. The learning which has taken place across the whole team has meant that we now have a team who can confidently work systemically and are equipped to respond to the needs of families with a greater depth of empathy and advocacy.’
